Allison has been directing and creative producing branded and global documentary content since 2008. She was one of the first in-house filmmakers at Airbnb, and for 6+ years was part of the team that helped the company find its voice and grow from small start up to global travel giant.

Prior to that, she worked at Interloper Films with Ondi Timoner; the only woman to win two Grand Jury Prizes at Sundance. Allison’s work has been displayed in the NYTimes, CNN, The New Yorker, Fast Co., Wired, The Jerusalem Post, SF Chronicle, and many more. She is passionate about telling interesting stories in an entertaining and relatable way.
